Restaurant Langusta invites you to the evening gastronomic event Dessert Pairing.

Dessert Pairing is a combination of desserts with drinks or specially selected accompaniment, in which the flavors enhance and complement each other.

This evening, our friends – the confectionery studio “Two Suns” from the city of Khmelnytskyi will be responsible for the dessert menu. Especially for the event, they have developed 5 original desserts, which will be presented by the owners of the studio – Natalia Strelets and Tetyana Kryvoruchko.

The drinks of the evening were created and selected by Sergiy Paduryan, the restaurant’s head bartender. He developed a line of legendary British Milk Punch cocktails, which are ideal for desserts in the winter.

Milk Punch are alcohol-based cocktails with the addition of milk. Under the influence of acid, the milk coagulates, cleansing the drink of excessive tartness and turbidity. After filtration, the cocktail becomes transparent, light, with a silky texture and a rounded taste.

Dessert Pairing of the evening

First pair

Lemon tart | 125 g | 350 UAH
An original interpretation of lemon tart – a play of contrasts of sour custard and delicate ganache. The result is a light, refreshing dessert.
Milk Punch Raspberry–Lemon | 150 ml | 235 UAH
Gin, milk, mascarpone, tonka beans, raspberries, lemon and poppy seeds.

Second pair

Dessert “Pearl” | 125 g | 350 UAH
White mousse with black sesame paste and a center of cherry cream and cherry confit.
Milk Punch Cherry–Chocolate | 150 ml | 235 UAH
Cherry whiskey, chocolate, milk, tonka beans, coffee and natural vanilla.

Third pair

Juniper panna cotta with citrus | 125 g | 350 UAH
A delicate panna cotta with a light pine aroma, with calamansi paste inside. Served with pickled citrus.
Milk Punch Juniper–Citrus | 150 ml | 235 UAH
Gin, prosecco, rosemary, tangerine, orange, lemongrass and milk.

Fourth pair

Exotic | 125 g | 350 UAH
Designed to change the attitude towards coconut desserts. A delicate coconut mousse that melts in your mouth, like ice cream with a bright pineapple center.
Milk Punch Lavender–Coconut | 150 ml | 235 UAH
Rum, lavender, tea, mascarpone, vanilla, tonka beans, lemon and milk.

Fifth Pair

Dessert Matcha-Mango | 125 g | 350 UAH
Creamy matcha sponge cake, pineapple marmalade, matcha ganache and mango compote.
Milk Punch Matcha-Mango | 150 ml | 235 UAH
Mango vodka, lemongrass, matcha tea, jasmine, lemon and milk.

Dessert Pairing at Langusta restaurant is not just a dinner or a tasting.
It is an art and deep intellectual work with the flavors of desserts and drinks.
An experience that will take place only one evening in Bukovel.
