Six signature dishes accompanied by wine and conversation with the Chef

There are people who wear tattoos as a memory. And there are those who make it a promise to themselves.

Serhiy Saman has an inscription on his arm: “Where the magic happens”. For him, it’s not just a phrase, but a calling.

Serhiy Saman is a t.c.pizza brand chef with a history. He is often called the Traveling Chef, because his professional path was shaped both during his travels in Ukraine and abroad. Long-term work experience in Europe has given him a deep understanding of seasonality, product purity and modern technologies.

“I believe that cuisine is like fashion: it changes, develops, forms trends, but always returns to the classics,” says Serhiy.

The concept of the evening: “Land & Sea” as two elements and two sources of inspiration. The chef will introduce familiar seafood and local products in his own vision. With an emphasis on minimalism and details.

The evening’s menu:

  1. Scallop ceviche with lime, chili oil and cucumber salsa
  2. Beef tartare with green peas and mushrooms
  3. Shrimp in spicy romesco sauce
  4. Dorado with spinach, fried in butter with fermented garlic
  5. Filet mignon with spicy carrots and spinach
  6. Buffalo milk panna cotta
