This is exactly what this evening at the Tbiliso restaurant will be like: an authentic Georgian dinner from chef Temo Partsvania, who combines the traditions of his homeland with a modern vision of gastronomy.
The dinner will be held in the format of a food pairing.
Five signature dishes from the chef in a dialogue with carefully selected Georgian wines. Each dish will be personally presented by chef Temo, and each wine will be revealed through history, terroir and character with the participation of two speakers from the wine company.
Chef Temo Partsvania is a Georgian chef and ambassador of Georgian cuisine in Ukraine with over 15 years of experience. In the city of Chernivtsi, Temo has his own signature restaurant, TEMO, which has become a place for a modern interpretation of Georgian cuisine.
The wine part of the evening is handled by Bogdan Panchuk, brand ambassador of Terra Initia and Leleka Wines. A winemaker by education, Bogdan received a degree from the National University of Chemistry and Technology (thesis in winemaking) and today has over 30 years of experience in the industry.
