Master Fujiwara Yoshi is a Japanese Chef and Ambassador of Japanese traditions around the world with over 40 years of experience. The geography of experience includes the USA, Mexico, Europe and Ukraine, where he first spoke with the power of his talent back in 1998. Fujiwara Yoshi has the honorary title of Goodwill Ambassador for the spread of Japanese cuisine in the world - an official recognition of the Japanese government, which is awarded only to the most outstanding masters, and is also an ambassador of Japanese culture in Ukraine. His Fujiwara Yoshi restaurant chain will soon celebrate 15 years and is the first in Ukraine to receive the prestigious JETRO certification.
Tuna Show by Fujiwara Yoshi is more than dinner. This is gastronomic art, a rare culinary experience, communication with a Japanese Chef, tasting dishes from the freshest fish and unforgettable impressions of the evening.
Participation fee: 3500 UAH per person, as a deposit for the Tuna Bluefin menu.
